{"id":25697,"date":"2021-11-21T00:21:05","date_gmt":"2021-11-21T00:21:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/couponaffiliates.com\/docs\/order-refunded\/"},"modified":"2021-11-21T00:21:05","modified_gmt":"2021-11-21T00:21:05","slug":"pedido-reembolsado","status":"publish","type":"aisa_doc","link":"https:\/\/couponaffiliates.com\/es\/docs\/order-refunded\/","title":{"rendered":"\u00bfQu\u00e9 ocurre cuando un pedido se reembolsa o se reembolsa parcialmente?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El plugin se encarga tanto de las devoluciones totales como de las parciales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cuando se reembolse un pedido, se actualizar\u00e1 la comisi\u00f3n obtenida por ese pedido, y tambi\u00e9n se deducir\u00e1 de la \"comisi\u00f3n no pagada\" si ya se ha concedido (y a\u00fan no se ha abonado).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En caso de reembolsos parciales, se recalcular\u00e1 y s\u00f3lo se deducir\u00e1 la comisi\u00f3n correspondiente al importe reembolsado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tambi\u00e9n puede utilizar la opci\u00f3n \"Retrasar comisi\u00f3n\" en \"Pagos\" para retrasar la concesi\u00f3n de la comisi\u00f3n impagada durante un determinado n\u00famero de d\u00edas, por ejemplo, la duraci\u00f3n de su pol\u00edtica de reembolso:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"742\" height=\"148\" src=\"https:\/\/couponaffiliates.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/98sdgn409ng893q4.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-6346\" srcset=\"https:\/\/couponaffiliates.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/98sdgn409ng893q4.png 742w, https:\/\/couponaffiliates.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/98sdgn409ng893q4-300x60.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 742px) 100vw, 742px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Amount-only refunds (PRO)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you type a total into the refund box without allocating the refund to specific line items, there are no products for the plugin to recalculate from, so the commission stays as it was.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When the commission already granted to an affiliate is higher than the order&#8217;s current calculated commission, the &#8220;Coupon Affiliate&#8221; box on the order edit screen flags it with a one-click <strong>Deduct<\/strong> link.
