In the plugin’s General<\/strong> settings you can choose which order statuses are required for an order to appear on the affiliate dashboard and be included in the statistics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Find Required order status to show on affiliate dashboard<\/strong> and tick the statuses you want to count. If an order is set to a status that isn’t enabled here, it won’t be tracked or shown to the affiliate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Only counting completed orders<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

This is the most common setup. Tick Completado<\/strong> only, and orders count towards an affiliate’s statistics once you’ve completed them – so pending, cancelled or failed orders never appear.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you’d rather affiliates see orders sooner, tick Processing<\/strong> as well. They’ll then see orders as soon as payment is taken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is separate from when commission is granted<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Showing an order on the dashboard and granting the affiliate their unpaid commission are two different things, controlled by two different settings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The status that releases commission is on the Pagos<\/strong> settings tab: Estado de la orden para que se conceda la \"comisi\u00f3n impagada<\/strong>, set to Completado<\/strong> by default. There’s also an option there to grant commission on more than one status.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So an order can be visible in an affiliate’s statistics while its commission is still pending, if the two settings are set to different statuses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Changing this later<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Changing which statuses count doesn’t retroactively rebuild past figures on its own.
