Field types include text, text area, dropdown, checkbox, radio, acceptance, and date, plus custom header text and paragraph text to separate sections of the form.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Campos de formulario personalizados<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On the Registration settings, open <strong>Campos de formulario personalizados<\/strong>. Each field is a card. Drag the handle to reorder, set the label and type, then choose <strong>Requerido<\/strong> y <strong>Editable by user<\/strong>. Use the trash icon to delete a field, or <strong>Add New Field<\/strong> to add another.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Editable by user<\/strong> controls whether the affiliate can change that answer later on their dashboard <strong>Account Details<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/couponaffiliates.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/custom-form-fields-cards.png\" alt=\"Custom Form Fields settings with drag handles, field type dropdown, Required and Editable by user toggles, and Add New Field\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Where the answers appear<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The same fields can show in:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The affiliate dashboard <strong>Account Details<\/strong> (there is a master show\/hide for registration custom fields on the Settings tab)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/couponaffiliates.com\/es\/docs\/ver-y-gestionar-usuarios-afiliados\/\">View Affiliate<\/a> \u2192 <strong>Edit User<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The WordPress user profile<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">New applications from someone who is already logged in now save their answers to the profile, as well as on the application.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Restore Registration Field Answers<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Older applications from already-logged-in users may have answers on the application only, with blank fields on Account Details and the admin screens. <strong>Restore Registration Field Answers<\/strong> en <strong>Herramientas de administraci\u00f3n<\/strong> copies those answers onto the profile.
