By default, shipping costs are excluded from both the order totals shown on the affiliate dashboard and the percentage commission calculation. Fees, taxes and coupon discounts are excluded by default too.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Including shipping in commission<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you want your affiliates to earn commission on shipping as well, go to <strong>Coupon Affiliates &rarr; Settings &rarr; Commission<\/strong>, and find the <strong>Calculation Settings<\/strong> section.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Enable: <strong>Include &#8220;shipping costs&#8221; in % commission calculations &amp; order totals.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">With this on, percentage commission is worked out on the order subtotal\/total <em>including<\/em> shipping, and shipping is included in the totals shown in the affiliate&#8217;s statistics. Fixed commission amounts (per order and per product) are flat amounts, so they are not affected by this setting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Showing a shipping column on the dashboard<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This is a separate, display-only option. In <strong>Settings &rarr; General<\/strong>, under <strong>Affiliate Dashboard &ndash; Orders List<\/strong>, enable <strong>Show &#8220;shipping&#8221; costs column.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This adds a shipping column to the affiliate&#8217;s orders table. It does not change how commission is calculated &ndash; for that you need the Commission tab setting above.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Related settings<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The same <strong>Calculation Settings<\/strong> section controls what else is included in the order totals and percentage commission:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Include the &#8220;coupon discount&#8221; in % commission calculations<\/strong> &ndash; works commission out on the subtotal, before the affiliate&#8217;s discount is deducted.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Include &#8220;fees&#8221; in % commission calculations &amp; order totals<\/strong> &ndash; under <strong>Advanced Calculation Settings<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Include &#8220;taxes&#8221; in % commission calculations &amp; order totals<\/strong> &ndash; in the <strong>Tax Settings<\/strong> section further down.
