With the PRO version, affiliate applications can be accepted the moment they are submitted, instead of waiting for you to approve each one manually.

Turning it on

Ir a Coupon Affiliates → Settings → Registrations, scroll down to the PRO settings area, and enable Automatically accept all affiliate registrations.

When someone applies, their coupon is created and assigned to them straight away, and they receive the “application accepted” email if that notification is enabled on the Notificaciones por correo electrónico tab.

You still need a valid modelo de cupón set up. Without one, no coupon can be created for the affiliate.

Auto-accepting only certain roles or groups

You may want some applicants approved instantly and others reviewed by hand. Enable Only auto-accept for certain user roles & groups? and tick the roles you want.

• Affiliate groups appear in the list prefixed with (Group).
• If you tick nothing, auto-accept applies to every registration – the limit only takes effect once at least one role or group is selected.
• Anyone who doesn’t match stays pending, and waits for you on the Inscripciones admin page as normal.

The check looks at the roles the applicant’s account already has at the time they apply, so this is most useful for approving people who are already customers or already in one of your groups.

If you use cupones de plantillas múltiples with Assign user roles (groups) to specific templates enabled, an applicant is also auto-accepted when the role assigned to the template they chose is one of your selected roles. That lets you auto-accept everyone who picks a particular template, whatever roles they currently have.

Things to keep in mind

Auto-accept applies to applications submitted by your users. Affiliates you add yourself with Añadir nuevo afiliado are always created as accepted, whatever this setting is.
