Shift Payout Fees to Affiliates Option

Could you please add an option in the settings to apply a ‘processing fee’ that is deducted from the payout amount we give to affiliates? Since we already cover transaction fees for credit card payments, having this feature would help balance the costs by allowing us to pass the payout fees on to the affiliates.
