In the plugin’s Allgemein settings you can choose which order statuses are required for an order to appear on the affiliate dashboard and be included in the statistics.

Find Required order status to show on affiliate dashboard and tick the statuses you want to count. If an order is set to a status that isn’t enabled here, it won’t be tracked or shown to the affiliate.

Only counting completed orders

This is the most common setup. Tick Abgeschlossen only, and orders count towards an affiliate’s statistics once you’ve completed them – so pending, cancelled or failed orders never appear.

If you’d rather affiliates see orders sooner, tick Processing as well. They’ll then see orders as soon as payment is taken.

This is separate from when commission is granted

Showing an order on the dashboard and granting the affiliate their unpaid commission are two different things, controlled by two different settings.

The status that releases commission is on the Auszahlungen settings tab: Auftragsstatus für "unbezahlte Provisionen" zu gewähren, set to Abgeschlossen by default. There’s also an option there to grant commission on more than one status.

So an order can be visible in an affiliate’s statistics while its commission is still pending, if the two settings are set to different statuses.

Changing this later
