Are shipping costs excluded from stats and calculations?

Updated septiembre 6, 2026

Yes. By default, shipping costs are excluded from both the order totals shown on the affiliate dashboard and the percentage commission calculation. Fees, taxes and coupon discounts are excluded by default too.

Including shipping in commission

If you want your affiliates to earn commission on shipping as well, go to Coupon Affiliates → Settings → Commission, and find the Calculation Settings sección.

Enable: Include “shipping costs” in % commission calculations & order totals.

With this on, percentage commission is worked out on the order subtotal/total including shipping, and shipping is included in the totals shown in the affiliate’s statistics. Fixed commission amounts (per order and per product) are flat amounts, so they are not affected by this setting.

Showing a shipping column on the dashboard

This is a separate, display-only option. In Settings → General, under Affiliate Dashboard – Orders List, enable Show “shipping” costs column.

This adds a shipping column to the affiliate’s orders table. It does not change how commission is calculated – for that you need the Commission tab setting above.

Related settings

The same Calculation Settings section controls what else is included in the order totals and percentage commission:

  • Include the “coupon discount” in % commission calculations – works commission out on the subtotal, before the affiliate’s discount is deducted.
  • Include “fees” in % commission calculations & order totals – under Advanced Calculation Settings.
  • Include “taxes” in % commission calculations & order totals – in the Tax Settings section further down. See Cálculos de impuestos/IVA.

After changing any of these, saved statistics are refreshed for all dashboards automatically, so the first page load may take longer. If you don’t want past orders recalculated at the new figures, see Never update the saved “commission” value for past orders.
