Add Tier Affiliate groups

Now we have just Coupon Affiliate members, and i need to setup different commission rates for every affiliate, can’t we add Affiliate Tier Groups. Like Coupon Affiliate rank 1, rank 2, rank 3, and all have their own commission rates. So i can adjust this via Group instead of individual
