Edit your per-product commission rates for every product on one screen, rather than opening each product in turn. You can also export them to a spreadsheet, change them there, and import the file back.

Editing rates on screen

The table lists every published product, newest first, with four columns: Product ID, Product Name, Commission Percent und Commission Fixed. These are the same two rates you’d find on the individual product – a percentage of that product’s price, and a fixed amount per unit sold. Type your rates into the boxes, leave any you don’t want to change, then click Update Products.

Products save one at a time, with a counter showing progress (for example 40/250). Rows you haven’t changed are skipped, so a second run over the same list is quick. Leave the page open until it finishes.

Export and import

Export CSV downloads the table as it currently appears on screen, as table_data.csv.

Import CSV expects that same four-column layout – product ID, product name, commission percent, commission fixed – so the simplest approach is to export first, edit the file, then import it back. The product name column is ignored on import; products are matched on the ID.

Importing only fills in the boxes on screen. Nothing is saved until you click Update Products, so you can check the figures first. Only products already listed in the table are updated, and non-numeric characters are stripped from the rates as they’re read in.

Things to keep in mind

Rates must be numbers, or the row fails with “Commission Percent must be a number.” Leave a box empty to clear a rate.

Product variations aren’t listed here – variation-level rates are set on the individual product.

Provisionssätze pro Partnerprodukt can’t be edited with this tool either. Those are set on the individual product too – see Set per-affiliate product-level commission rates.

On a large catalogue, the page loads every published product at once and saves them one by one, so give it time to work through the list.
