Leaderboard Shortcode / Page

A shortcode to show “leaderboard” rankings for all affiliates on a frontend page.

The leaderboard would show a table with the total orders, net sales, and commission earned by each affiliate, in order of highest-lowest.

Could be filtered by date, or month to month.
