Track conversions when the customer is referred via URL even if they do not use a coupon code.

Definitely needed as an option. Sometimes people forget to enter coupon or come back later but we would still want to allocate commission based on referrals within X number of days - eg commission still applies as long as sale is concluded within 30 days of first visit even if Coupon is not entered.

I also hope that there will be an option to automatically calculate the commission if an order is made from within the affiliate account.

Especially helpful if one doesn't want to give the customers a discount on their order and also doesn't want to show the coupon code on this occasion, this might confuse the users. "Wait, there's a coupon code added, why don't I have a discount!"
