Affiliate Groups

Add a way to easily manage and add affiliate groups (managed as “user roles” starting with name “coupon_affiliate”).

Can easily add and remove these user roles (groups), view all users assigned to each group, and edit all the settings attached to these groups like commission rates, etc.
