Referral: “Referre 10 friends, get 1 yourself

“Send 10 referral codes to friends and families with XX% discount and get 1 product yourselves when all are used.” I.e not only cash back, but specific products. Or store credits that can only be used for one specific product? Or perhaps a 100% discount coupon when 10 purchases?
