Option to make MLA invite link also work like a normal referral link

Add an option to make the MLA invite link also work like a normal referral link.

So when someone visits the site using the MLA invite link, it will also automatically apply the MLA user’s coupon code to their cart, so the invited user can both register as an affiliate, and place orders via that one link, and both will be tracked to the parent affiliate.
