Coupon Affiliates PRO is sold and licensed through Freemius. Your account gives you your licence keys, PRO downloads, invoices and subscription in one place.
Log in to your account
Use the email address you bought Coupon Affiliates PRO with. If you have never set a password, choose Forgot password and we will email you a link to create one.
Your account opens in a new tab on customers.freemius.com, our secure licensing and payments partner.
What you can do in your account
- Licence keys: view your keys, see which sites each key is active on, and deactivate a site to free up a slot.
- Downloads: get the latest Coupon Affiliates PRO ZIP file to install on your site.
- Subscriptions and renewals: update your payment method, change your plan, or cancel auto-renewal.
- Invoices: download invoices and receipts for every payment.
- Profile: change your email address, password and billing details.

Can’t find your licence?
Check the inbox for the email address you used at checkout. Your licence key and account details were sent there in your welcome email. You can also use the licence recovery form to have your key sent to you again.

Changing domains
Moving to a new site?
Deactivate the licence on the old site from your account, or from Coupon Affiliates > Account in your WordPress admin. Then enter the same licence key on the new site.
Test sites
Staging and local sites are free
Staging, development and localhost sites do not count towards your licence site limit, so you can use the same key on them.
Getting started
How to install and activate PRO
After you buy a PRO plan, follow these steps to get it running on your WooCommerce store.
- Download PROLog in to your account above and download the Coupon Affiliates PRO ZIP file. Copy your licence key for the next steps.
- Upload the pluginIn WordPress, go to Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin. Choose the ZIP file and click “Install Now”.
- Activate your licenceClick “Activate Plugin”. When asked, paste your licence key and activate it. You may get an email to confirm this.
- Check it workedYour plugins list should show “Coupon Affiliates for WooCommerce (PRO)”. Not asked for a key? Click “Activate License” under the plugin.

Account questions
I never set a password. How do I log in?
Your account was created with the email address you used at checkout. Go to the Forgot password page, enter that email, and we will send you a link to set a password.
Where can I find my licence key?
Log in to your account and open the Licences section. Your key was also included in the welcome email sent when you first bought Coupon Affiliates PRO. Lost it? Use the licence recovery form and we will email it to you again.
How do I download the latest PRO version?
Log in and open the Downloads section to get the latest ZIP file. Once PRO is active on your site with a valid licence, you can also update it from the Plugins page in WordPress like any other plugin.
My site still shows the free version. What do I do?
Make sure you installed the PRO ZIP file from your account, and not only the free plugin from WordPress.org. Then add your licence key from Coupon Affiliates > Account in your WordPress admin. Read the full fix.
How do I upgrade my plan or add more sites?
You can change your plan from your account, or from Coupon Affiliates > Account in your WordPress admin. Compare plans on the pricing page, or contact us if you are not sure which one you need.
How do I update my card or cancel auto-renewal?
Log in and open the Subscriptions section. From there you can update your payment method or turn off auto-renewal.
Can I change the email address on my account?
Yes. Log in and open the Profile section to update your email address, password and billing details.
I am an affiliate for a store. Where do I log in?
This account is for store owners who bought Coupon Affiliates PRO. If you promote a store that uses Coupon Affiliates, your affiliate dashboard is on that store’s own website. Contact the store for your login link.
