Great affiliate plugin with fantastic support
Now and then you come across plugin developers that are clearly passionate about what they do and care about the people they are helping. Elliot is definitely one of those developers. For our use case, Coupon Affiliates has given us exactly what we needed. The interface is nice and clear and the customisation options have allowed us to tailor this to our processes. The support is amazing!

Does exactly what it says and does it well!
We thought we would struggle to find a plugin to do exactly what we wanted, after trying a few, we found this one. Shame we didn’t find this one first! Works really well and not using it to its full potential yet.
Had a small issue with the affiliate users not being able to view their data correctly. Opened a ticket with support, and within an hour had a response. A few message back and forth and Elliot advised that he would roll out a update, which in turn solved the issue completely.
Great plugin and great support. Shame not all plugins come with this level of support.

Great Plug In, Great Support
I used this plug in to make 70+ affiliate links for authors that contributed to an anthology to refer their networks to buy the book. The creater of the plug in was SUPER helpful when I encountered a bug (on my end, not the plug in’s) and still helped me get it sorted!

The only thing better than this plugin is the quality of the support from the author Elliot Sowersby.
The plugin is easy to set up and use, and Elliot keeps improving it. Pricing is great too, and it didn’t take me long to opt for the Lifetime plan.
I worry about conventional affiliate programs because people tend to use more than one device. The majority of the visitors to our websites are using their smartphone, many of them come back later on a larger device to make their purchase. When that happens I don’t think they are being tracked, so we won’t know who to pay the commission to.
Affiliate coupons solve that problem: If the customers want a discount, they will use the coupon, and when they use the coupon, we know who the affiliate it. Problem solved.
You can learn more the same way I did; Start with the free version, and then upgrade to the full version. I bet you’ll like it.

This plugin is perfect! Super easy to set up and to work with. It’s exactly what I was looking for in an affiliate plugin, and all my affiliates are loving the dashboard access. This Plugin has exactly what we were after and is brilliant, allowing for almost completely hands-off from us and a seamless, profitable user experience for the consumer.
It is incredibly user friendly, both for the consumer and for us as the admin. The setup process could not be more simple, even for a completely tech-challenged person like myself, and any additional questions I had during setup were answered immediately and thoroughly by the team, who have gone above and beyond to ensure I am setup exactly as I need to be with this service.
Since we launched the affiliate program we haven’t had a single issue from a user. It is clear, easy to setup, and simple to track and navigate commissions and payouts. I’m so glad we have this benefit on our website and it has already begun to make us what will be a significant amount of money with very little work from us.

Easy to use and lightning fast support
Our organisation was weighing up 2 affiliate plugin options and decided to go with Coupon Affiliates because it did exactly what we wanted to, without additional fuss. It was much easier to understand and implement this plugin than our other option. When we did have questions the support has been extremely fast, not only to reply but if a functional request was made then it was solved quickly too. Fantastic plugin and developer.

Superb plugin and even better customer service!
I have my shop using WP for over 12 years. I came across many plugins, paid and free ones. However, I never experienced such amazing customer service as this time. And, I’m absolutely in love with the plugin too! I was promptly addressed each time I had a question and was thoroughly informed and supplied with various debugging actions I was to take as we experienced WP plugins incompatibility with each other. All was solved quickly and efficiently. It’s running smooth as a butter now. On top if that, my affiliates totally love the features in the Affiliate Dashboard: Being able to track their coupon code usage in the real time, create unique referral url, request a payment, and provide their PayPal account email and more.. I love it too because we run an honest and transparent business, so for them to be able to access all the statistics, is genius. I’d recommend Coupon Affiliates for WooCommerce
