Different commission rates for new vs returning customers

We would like to set different commission rates for new customers and returning customers using Coupon Affiliates (for example: 10% for a new customer’s first order, and 5% for all future orders).

That would be awesome for granting better conditions for lifetime partners. We would love to grant longer lifetime commision but cannot afford it. Having longer lifetimes with smaller commission would solve this problem. So it should be in the settings to add different commissions for 1. First order 2.following orders for lifetime x 3. Following order for lifetime z etc
