10 years ago, the first version of Coupon Affiliates was created, beginning a journey that has transformed a simple plugin into a comprehensive affiliate solution for WooCommerce.

From a Simple Need to a Powerful Solution

Coupon Affiliates began in 2015 with a straightforward request: a tool to help a store owner track their WooCommerce coupon usage.

This initial feature was released as a free plugin, “WooCommerce Coupon Usage”, on wordpress.org.

What happened next was driven entirely by the community.

Users began reaching out with feature requests, highlighting a clear demand for more advanced capabilities. This user feedback was the catalyst for creating the PRO version and guided our development roadmap, one feature at a time.

The most significant evolution was the addition of a dedicated affiliate dashboard, allowing users to track their own coupon stats.

This pivotal update led to a new name and a new mission: Coupon Affiliates.
