Version 5.17.0 – Payouts Improvements

We’re happy to announce the release of Coupon Affiliates 5.17.0, which includes enhancements and new features to improve the affiliate and admin experience.

This update primarily focuses on optimising payouts, alongside additional tweaks, and fixes.

Here’s what’s new in version 5.17.0:

🆕 New Features

1. Custom Payout Amounts (PRO)

Give affiliates more flexibility by allowing them to request custom payout amounts. Previously, payouts defaulted to the total available unpaid commission. Now, affiliates can enter a specific amount they wish to withdraw.

2. Multiple “Completed” Order Statuses (PRO)

You can now assign multiple “completed” order statuses that count towards unpaid commissions. This is especially helpful for stores using customised workflows with unique order statuses.

3. Control the “Request Payout” Button (PRO)

Admins can now choose whether the “Request Payout” button is visible on the affiliate dashboard, offering greater control over the payout process.

4. Scheduled Payout Requests by Method (PRO)

The “Scheduled Payout Requests” feature can now be enabled for specific payout methods. This allows for more tailored payout management across different payment platforms.

✨ Tweaks & Improvements

Payouts Tab Styling (PRO)

Improved styling for a cleaner and more user-friendly experience.

Completed Payments Total (PRO)

Affiliates can now see a total of “Completed Payments” directly on the Payouts tab.

Customisable Tabs Font Size

Adjust the font size of affiliate dashboard tabs via the “Design” settings for better branding alignment.

Hide 0.00 Checkout Values

Added an option to remove “0.00” values for referral coupons on the checkout summary when no discount applies.

Customise Checkout Labels

The “Coupon” text label on the checkout for referral coupons can now be customised.

Recent Orders Enhancements

• Option to show/hide order date and time in the affiliate dashboard’s “Recent Orders” tab.
• Improved order date filtering to align with non-GMT timezones.

Error Handling

• Extra error handling for the admin coupon list to prevent potential PHP issues.

🛠 Fixes

• Resolved an issue with the Leaderboards admin page not loading on some sites (PRO).
• Fixed the Payouts tab link in the free version showing dropdown menus on mobile incorrectly.
• Addressed a potential bypass of the “new customers only” coupon restriction by guest checkouts using existing emails.
• Corrected PHP errors caused by partial refunds (PRO).

🔧 Developer Updates

• Filter for Dynamic QR Code URLs: Added a new filter for developers to modify referral URLs for dynamic creative QR codes (PRO).

✅ Other Updates

• Updated translations files.
• Tested compatibility with WooCommerce 9.4.3.
