Affiliate can customise coupon discount to decide the discount/commission split

Set a commssision percentage, for example 50%.
Then the affiliate can create coupons up to 50%.
If they create a coupon of 20% then they earns 30% commission. Or if they create a coupon of 10% then they earns 40%?

This would be perfect for us, we have a site that operates this way but we need to do everything manually and calculate commissions on sales manually based on codes used, it is a very time-consuming task and inefficient for both us and the affiliates.
