Batch ajax loading for statistics

When calculating/refreshing statistics on the affiliate dashboard for the first time, or after the stats were manually refreshed, run the ajax request in batches to help prevent timeout/performance issues with coupons that have lots of orders. Should also help prevent certain rare situations that resulted in ajax errors.
