Change Affiliate URL from coupon=xxx to Something Else

It would be nice to change the URL of the affiliate link so that it doesn’t include the word “coupon”. Sometimes we actually aren’t going to be able to give customers a discount when they place an order through an affiliate link, and instead all of the extra money goes to the affiliate. In this case the variable “coupon” in the affiliate link could be confusing. Perhaps consider “code” instead? Or just give us an option to change the URL variable name to whatever we choose.
