Custom first commission per customer

An an option to determine the first-time commission for the affiliate and discount for the customer. For example, if the business has 10% discount to offer, I’d prefer that the first purchase of the customer carries the discount, while the affiliate gets nothing, whereas, the affiliate gets the 10% commission for subsequent purchases.
