If your users can not login after their affiliate registration has being accepted, then there is likely a conflict with another plugin happening. Please check that you don’t have any other plugins installed that require you to accept new user accounts before they can login.

One plugin we are aware of that causes this issue is “All In One Security”, which requires you to manually accept new users.
