The “unpaid commission” will only count/add commission for orders that were placed and set to the status “completed” after you installed/setup the Coupon Affiliates PRO plugin.
You can choose the required status for “unpaid commission” to be earned in the payouts settings, however this should be the final status for your orders once they are complete.
So if any orders were created and completed before you installed the PRO version of Coupon Affiliates, the “unpaid commission” will not have updated for these orders.
You can edit the “unpaid commission” amount manually if needed. Simply edit the coupon in WooCommerce, then go to the “Coupon Affiliates & Commission” tab, then you can edit the “Unpaid Commission” amount there.
Alternatively, if you go into the “wcusage_payouts” database table, you can edit the payouts amounts in there too for your existing payout requests that have already been made.
