If you are experiencing issues with admin reports being empty or showing all stats as “0”, there are a few reasons that this could be the case.
PHP Time Limit
The most common reason for this issue, especially if you have a lot of coupons, is that your “PHP time limit” is too low. Please try increasing this value. Learn more here.
Plugin Conflict
Please try temporarily disabling all other plugins on your website (or a staging website) except for WooCommerce and Coupon Affiliates, then try to run the reports again. If it works, then try re-enabling each plugin one-by-one to find the culprit. Feel free to message us if you find a conflicting plugin.
PHP Version
Upgrading your PHP version to 8+ can often help improve performance and may speed up the generation of reports slightly.
WooCommerce HPOS
Enabling HPOS will also help improve the speed and performance of Coupons Affiliates, and the generation of admin reports.
“High-Performance Order Storage” is a fairly new update for WooCommerce, currently opt-in for existing sites. It improves the way order data is stored, in custom tables, optimized for WooCommerce queries.
