This is a rare issue, likely due to a jQuery conflict on your site probably caused by another plugin or your theme.
Please try the following:
- Upgrading your theme to the latest version.
- Upgrading all plugins to the latest versions.
If this doesn’t fix it please try a conflict test:
- Temporarily switch to a default theme and see if this fixes it.
- Temporarily disable your plugins one by one, and see if having any of these disabled fixes it.
